Making adjustments and adapting to your clients is integral to the success of any entrepreneur. This is equally as necessary for the teams competing in Startup Weekend. Throughout the process of developing their companies following the original pitches, teams will pivot ideas from the business name to the actual product being created. The pitch changes based on negotiations between team mates, discussions about the best minimal viable product, preferred business models, feedback from customer validations, advice from local entrepreneurs and business leaders, and many more factors. We congratulate all of our participants for their persistence and hard work in adapting their businesses and continually growing throughout the course of the day.
